The tour gave me greater insight into the tragedy of The Troubles for the people of Northern Ireland. To be in the neighborhoods and to hear JoJo’s story was a rich and memorable experience. His taxi is famous! The murals are well done and represent ideals of great value. I appreciate that JoJo answered my questions and shared his reality of growing up in a war zone. This tour is so interesting and enjoyable! If you are spending any time in Belfast I would highly recommend that this tour is at the top of your to do/see list. Although it’s a difficult subject, Jimmy delivered it with such passion and sincerity that you feel sad for the communities that have gone through these experiences but also feel hopeful and optimistic about how much has progressed and will continue to progress. ultimately all anyone wants is for themselves and their loved ones to to live in peace and safety. I will be telling anyone who listens about this tour!
