This certainly was an eye opener and an experience I would recommend to anybody visiting Belfast with only a high level understanding of The Troubles. I can't compare this to other tours as this is the only one I've been on, but in terms of information, background and historical knowledge this was first class. Our guide was John who is totally neutral in terms of allegiance and has genuine experience of how things were during that time.
