The tour guide Michael was waiting as we arrived at the City Hall. He introduced himself and explained what the tour consisted of. He was very friendly and very informative answering all our questions. He gave a very fair and unbiased tour. We had plenty of time at each stop to take photos. I would recommend this tour as it was very educational.

His local knowledge really added to the whole experience . A very impartial but insightful tour. Despite the dark history, there was definitely an overall positive outlook on the future. A must do in Belfast!
