How much does the Tour cost?

A Belfast landmark tour starts at £100 for 2 people, with an addition of £25 for each person thereafter. Children under 10 travel free. Children aged

We can extend your tour for a small additional cost: Additional 30 minutes £15, Additional hour £30. This can be booked online or you can ask your driver on the day for availability.

Can you facilitate large group bookings?

Yes, larger groups can be catered for on request.

Do you offer a free pick up service?

We offer free pick up service from all Belfast city centre hotels.

Cruise ship / Airport Pickups and Drop-offs.

For an additional cost, we can collect you from your airport or cruise ship. Please select the options below the tickets, pricing is for pickup or drop-off. For a return journey please add x2 of each option required. Your driver will not ask for payment at the end of the tour unless you have agreed an additional amount for pickup / drop-off.

Booking office opening hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday and Saturday 9am-4.30pm, Sunday 12pm-4.30pm.

Your Guide

All guides are independant guides who have been vetted by Belfast Private Tours Ltd. Each individual guide is insured and carries their own insurance.

No-shows

Bookings that are no-shows by the customer (maximum 30 minutes after your agreed booking start time), that have invalid phone numbers or late cancellations are non-refundable.

If you have been waiting for more than 5 minutes for your driver, please call the number below.

Delays & Cancellations

If you have an unavoidable delay please call us at least 1-2 hours before your tour on our Office Number +44 (0)2890 248595 (weekdays) or Mob +44 (0)7846 687085? (weekends and out of hours) to confirm the time of your tour and pick up location. Please state you have booked your tour online via TinyTours and give your ticket reference.

If you need to change your tour start time, please contact the vendor 24 hours before your original tour start. The vendor will do their best to accommodate changes in your booking. Subject to availability.

Cancellations more than 48 hours from the time of your tour will be refunded in full. Please goto https://www.tinytours.com/help/ and notify us of your cancellation.

If the driver is delayed due to traffic or any other reason you should receive a call.

Children

There is no charge for people under 10 years of age ( providing they are with a responsible adult ). Bookings without an adult ticket will be cancelled. There is a maximum of 7 people per cab. For everyvehicle there needs to be a minimum of 2 adults. Children above 10 require a full paying ticket.

Extra passengers

If at the time of pickup there are more people in your group than on your booking, you will be required to pay £12 per person directly to the driver.

Large groups

If your booking has more than 7 people it will be split across multiple taxis that travel together at no additional cost to you.

We can cater for larger groups including coach hire. Just contact us for a quote.

Lost property

Please contact the Booking office above for any lost property enquiries.

Requesting a Refund

If we are unable to fulfil your tour due to operational reasons, busy periods or delays we will refund your tour. Please goto https://www.tinytours.com/help/ and request a refund.

If your tour has started or you have not contacted us at least 48 hours before your tour start we are unable to process a refund.
