Please be at the pickup point 15 mins before the tour start time. Tours start at 8.30am from the McCombs Coach Tour offices and the tour returns to Belfast at approx 6pm. *** 

Highlights

Northern Ireland's Only Tourism NI 5 STAR Game of Thrones Tour! For those of you who have been blown away by some of the stunning scenery featured as the backdrop in HBO's Game of Thrones, then this is the tour for you!

By travelling with McComb's you're travelling with the same company as the cast and crew of Game of Thrones! We have worked on seasons 1 - 6 of Game of Thrones, providing transport to and from all filming locations.

Transport yourself on-board our coach to the Kings Road and join us for a day visiting the main filming locations featured in this phenomenal series.

All aboard for Westeros! Every Day - £35 per person

We start the day by travelling along the Causeway Coastal Route through beautiful coastal towns, including Ballycastle, which Game of Thrones fans will know as home to the actors who play Lady Catelyn Stark and Varys!

Main stops include:

§  Cushendun - where we visit the Cave which featured Melisandre giving birth to the shadow assassin!

§  Carnlough - AKA Braavosi Canal when Ayra falls into the water during combat

§  Ballintoy Harbour is the next port of call, where Theon Greyjoy cames back to Pyke Harbour.  This is so recognisable there has even been a plaque erected!

§  Giant’s Causeway - you can’t come this far without visiting this UNESCO World Heritage Site. *

§  Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge - you can't be so close and not fit in a visit to the Ropebridge - but please don't do a Balon Greyjoy! *

§  Larrybane - where Renly swears to Lady Stark that he will avenge Ned's death, but meets his end at the hands of the shadow assassin conjured up in those caves you visited in Cushendun.

§  The Dark Hedges - Possibly the most recognisable of the locations where Arya Stark makes her escape down The Kings Road.

There is a lot of walking on what are sometimes uneven surfaces during this tour, and it therefore requires moderate fitness levels.  Please come dressed appropriately for not only the season, but also for the activity.

How long is the tour? 

Tours start at 8.45am, and arrive back into Belfast at around 7pm in the Summer and around 6pm in the Winter.

You'll spend around 1.5 hours at the Giant's Causeway. Enough time to get to the rocks, relax and enjoy the scenery.

CANCELLATIONS 

  • All online bookings for this tour are only refundable with 48 hours notice, and are only transferrable if a minimum of 24 hours notice is received.  
  • Group bookings of over 10 people require 72 hours notice. Individual tickets in group booking that reduce the number tickets below the minimum amount will be given a pro-rata refund based on full price value for the remaining tickets. 
  • Tours may be cancelled by McComb's Travel if minimum numbers are not reached. If this occurs you will be offered the option of either a full refund or tour transfers.
  • Tours may be cancelled in the event that the tour is sold out - full refunds or transfers to another tour will be offered if available. Please book early to avoid any disappointment.
  • Please send any cancellation requests to us here.

  • All advertised times are departure times. 
  • We strongly recommend that you check-in a minimum of 15 minutes before departure. 
  • If you fail to check-in before the departure time, your ticket will not be refunded.

    Patrick was our bus driver,and he was fabulous. His humour and wit had us laughing most of the time. His knowledge of local history gave a picture of the struggles and conflicts the people of Ireland endured over the years. We followed his advice and did the red trail at the causeway, which included walking up 162 steps. The view was incredible. We did the Carrick a Rede rope bridge which was a great experience on this tour as well. Overall this trip was the hilight our 3 days in Belfast. Thank you again Patrick for making this an incredible experience for my sister and I from Canada.

    I had been to Ireland a few months back and never realized how stunning it can be. My hubby and I have always been a big fan of tv/movie filming locations and this tour was exactly what it said. Our driver, Derek, was very entertaining and his passion for Game of Thrones was evident as he explained the sites we were visiting with clips from the show that clearly highlighted the locations we were visiting. He went out of the way and helped us in catching our flight which we have thought we will miss due to the tour. He has arranged taxi on the way back to Belfast so that we can reach airport without wasting a single minute.
