Bookings

When you make a booking you'll receive an email from TinyTours. You will see the starting point, date, time, and vendor contact details for your booking.

If you did not receive a booking email don't worry - please check your spam box and if it's not there please contact us by using the link above.

For any help or questions on your booking please contact your vendor directly via phone or email.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking please refer to the terms and conditions on your ticket. You should contact your vendor as soon as you need to cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of the vendor terms and conditions.

If you are requesting a refund for a tour within the cancellation period of your booking, or due to a cancellation by the tour vendor, please contact us. We'll be happy to assist you.

Refunds after your tour has started are at the discretion of the vendor. We will work with the vendor to assist you on this.
