Liam was fantastic - he imparted to us the history of ‘The Troubles’ in a way that was very informative & interesting. It’s a tour we will never forget - difficult to believe the legacy still lives on through such actions as the 10 pm curfew. He took us to several locations all of which were so interesting & very moving. Worth every cent & we happily tipped Liam which does not come easily to we folk from NZ!

Our tour guide was super personable and definitely knew his stuff! Learning the history of Belfast and NI was very enriching and eye opening. He had a great sense of humor and had us laughing. I appreciate that he kept my friend and I safe by not going to certain areas that would have been high risk at the time. I believe his name was Jim; it's been a few months but I'm almost sure it is!

We recently did our black taxi tour after shortly arriving in Belfast. Mark our driver was extremely knowledgeable and told us lots of information about the troubles. The places we went to were very interesting and Mark explained all of the meaning of each different mural and the significance of these for the locals. I admit I had very limited knowledge on the conflict but our guide explained everything really well he was willing to answer any questions. This tour is a must do when visiting Belfast!

He was welcoming, spoke frankly and openly about the shocking atrocities carried out during the Troubles, and was ready to answer all our questions. My friends from Scotland and England learned a great deal about the history of Belfast and the Troubles.
