Jim was brilliant : charismatic, highly informed, kind, considerate, entertained my constant stream of questions with good humour and I thought the tour very well thought out. It was a highly humbling experience and brought home just how little most of us know back in Scotland / England / Wales about Northern Ireland. I came away from my two days with huge admiration for the people of Belfast at their stoicism and their remarkable good nature despite all they’ve been through. It’s such an important part of history and I’ve been reading non-stop and asking more questions ever since I said my goodbyes to Jim. Jim is a star guide - I work in tourism too so I really appreciated the work he puts into his tours. Thank you Jim! Thank you Tiny Tours! The original (and the best) ????

He was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into the depths of history within Belfast and even enlightened us with his own personal history of Belfast, which was unique. Great day all round!
