The tour guide Michael was waiting as we arrived at the City Hall. He introduced himself and explained what the tour consisted of. He was very friendly and very informative answering all our questions. He gave a very fair and unbiased tour. We had plenty of time at each stop to take photos. I would recommend this tour as it was very educational.

The Black Cab tour was brilliant. We had a group of 9 and they were able to accommodate us as one tour between 2 taxis. Our guide Jackie was excellent. His local knowledge really added to the whole experience . A very impartial but insightful tour. Despite the dark history, there was definitely an overall positive outlook on the future. A must do in Belfast!

We really enjoyed the entirety of the tour. It was informative, interactive, and engaging throughout. As a former residents of West Belfast, my wife and I already felt a genuine affection for the local area, but the tour made us that much more proud to be from an area of Ireland so rich in culture and with such great people.
